Some good reasons to be a HomeMaker.



Some of Anna's commenters asked why she cared if other women worked outside the home. I can't tell you why Anna cares, but I can tell you why I do.

My children will have to live in the community with your children when they all grow up.

Studies and plain ole' logic say that the best care taker for a child is his own mother; the person who went through pregnancy, labor and delivery to get him here. 

A child denied this does not grow up as mentally stable as one that gets it. 

At the foundation, I care for all the children and want what is best for them. But I also have a great deal of concern for who my children will have to deal with as adults, who will be voting and choosing our leaders, who will be the responders in and emergency, and who will be the clerk in the store. The more mentally stable the better!

We need to grow up enough to put the needs of the truly helpless above our own "fulfillment."
